Has your psyche gone on strike?
"Mental strike" is an interesting term that very graphically describes the intentional abandonment of personal motivation and initiative at work these days. The literal meaning is also easy to understand, psychological laziness, lack of motivation, and unwillingness to work. Even if they work, they only do the work they have to do, and they put off the other work they are assigned to do. They don't refuse on the surface, but they are bored in their hearts until they can't put it off.

Talking about psychological counseling
1. Whether psychological counseling is effective No one can guarantee it, just like when you go to the hospital and ask the doctor, "Can you cure me of this disease? No doctor dares to give you a definite answer. The same goes for counselors, who dare not give you a guarantee that it will work and what effect it will have.

Your anxiety and tension, in fact, come from the subconscious
If your thoughts are negative, those thoughts give birth to harmful emotions, and those emotions need to be vented. And once these negative emotions are vented, they often manifest themselves in symptoms such as ulcers, heart disease, tension, and anxiety.
