You are told to stand in line to get the required form, but first get a form from the other line to get permission to stand in line to get the form to get access to other line where you got the permission to get in this line. You have to fill out this form to get permission to fill out the form that you MUST fill out to be clear to fill out the first form. Or you are breaking the law.

Talk Radio 1905
I started the company van the other day and was immediately greeted by a bombastic baritone voice booming from the radio. I’m not sure who the speaker was because, to me, they all sound alike. It doesn’t matter if it’s politics or sports, I never listen to talk radio. I want to hear music when I turn on the box, not someone proselytizing.
