Whether you're a sight-seer, thrill seeker or beach lounger, activities to satisfy bucket lists of all kinds.
Daytona Beach
Daytona Beach, Florida, known throughout the world for its history in racing, has blossomed over the years to feature many more options, especially for the less auto-minded among us, such as myself. Located in Volusia County, it is a beautiful area and boasts diversity in its activities. First, I would like to gush about the oaks. Tall and majestic, these trees are in every yard, blocking the residents from the harsh rays of the southern sun. I find them to be truly beautiful though. Wonderfully green with thick trunks and branches, Spanish Moss hangs from them like beige clouds. I find the combination breathtaking.

Christmas In Mexico
Stop #2 Mazatlan! We docked, right up to shore on Christmas Eve. As someone who enjoys either rain or snow around Christmas-time the initial warmth and sunlight was a little disappointing. The tan I left with, however, was not. And no matter where we spent it I got to spend Christmas Eve with my family. Mazatlan truly had something for everyone, mom and I wanted to go shopping, my future sister-in-law really wanted tacos and we all wanted to hit the beach, we got to check all the things off of our lists. (The picture is of my Brotherman and his beautiful future fiance!)

Hiking to scenic Iceberg Lake and Ptarmigan Tunnel
Iceberg Lake has got to be one of my favorite hikes in all of Glacier National Park. This little gem is neatly tucked away in a mountain cirque, causing it to not get much sunlight during the day. You will often see blocks of ice that have slid off of steep cliffs surrounding the lake, and they float in the water as little icebergs. Even on a summer day, you can sometimes see over a dozen ice chunks covering the glassy lake surface. It is one of the coolest and most unique scenes in the Park!

Christmas In Mexico
Stop #1 cabo San Lucas! We docked in Cabo on the 23rd. The deal with going from boat to shore in Cabo is that the day before you have to pick up a “boarding pass” with a group number, thats your number to debark. Because we couldn’t pull right up to shore we had to take smaller boats to the pier. My siblings and I didn’t manage to get off the ship until around 10:30, upon hitting the shore my sibling immediately hit Senor Frogs, the famous Mexican tourist destination. Having been to Cabo before (and having done my partying) I decided to have a short wait on the pier for my parents until our excursion. They had gone on a boat ride to see the sites with my grandparents and cousins earlier that morning, they were going straight from their first excursion to our second one, scuba diving.

Outdoor Activities To Develop Speech And Language Skills
Effective communication is essential for growth, both career-wise and socially. It is hard for anyone to succeed at anything without strong communication skills. It is equally hard to develop effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues, friends, and family members without honing your speech and language skills. That is why you should focus your attention on activities that promote speech, learning, and development.

Climbing Seneca Rocks
We met in the parking lot around 8:00 in the morning before heading out toward the fin of rock that dominated the horizon. This trip had been postponed twice and almost didn’t happen, but today was finally the day of my first multi-pitch climb. Today, one way or another, I would summit Seneca Rocks.

From Surfing to Vanlife
On a cold yet sunny Californian day in January 2017, I was out for a surf. I had only just started surfing that summer but was completely hooked. The waves were tiny that day, and I had yet to learn which waves to paddle for and which to let pass me by, so out there next to seals and not much else, really, I would paddle for my life at any small opportunity.
