budget travel
If you budget wisely, your travel funds can go a long way, though not as far as you.
Travel on a Budget!
So long story short... It all started when my good friend got married and we had to travel to Colorado (from South Carolina). You see.. I've always been that small town girl living in the small town of Piedmont where everyone knows everyone. I've been out of state, sure, but mainly when I was younger and couldn't really APPRECIATE everything. Even then, the farthest I had been was an 8 hour drive to Florida. I've seen pictures and always appreciated nature but experiencing what else is out there to offer is amazing!

Travel With Next Vacay
Last year, shortly after my 36th birthday, I finally took my first international trip. Initially, I was in a bit of a frenzied state trying to settle on where I wanted to go. I knew I wanted to head somewhere, but I couldn't settle on the where part. This indecision was also inhibiting me when it came to trying to find reasonably priced airfare. I didn't want, or have the disposable income to pay for last minute airfare - and it literally makes me ill if I don't do a thorough search of the net for the best price on anything.

Vanlife NZ
When I started looking for a van to travel in I came across thousands of blogs by travellers who have chosen our country for their ultimate road trip. And they look like they have (or have had) an amazing time. Camping and road-tripping are my favourite things to do so there is no problem to solve here. I've always been an outdoors person, camped right throughout my life and I've travelled all over New Zealand. I've camped on beaches, by rivers in the mountains and bush. This is why New Zealand is such a popular country to travel. You can do all of these things without moving your campsite or van.

College Wanderlust
"I’ve always loved traveling. Ever since I was practically a baby, I’ve enjoyed going anywhere that would venture me into new adventures, opening myself to a world that might change my life forever. When I was a kid, I would say that geography is my favorite subject because I've always wanted to learn about this vast world out there and always dreamed about growing up traveling to these different countries around the world.
