No Deal Could Lead To Billion Pound Bill For Consumers
The United Kingdom left the European Union on 31st January this year and is currently in a transition period which ends on 31st December. They are currently locked in negotiations with the EU to see if they can come up with a deal that suits both parties. Whilst the UK may not enjoy many of the things that it had during it's period of full membership of the EU, it is keen to come up with an agreement that will not change the way UK businesses trade with the EU in a major way.

How Can Disabled People Be Supported At Christmas Time?
Christmas is a time of year where people celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Normally people spend time with families and have large gatherings, however this year due to the Covid 19 pandemic, celebrations will have to be a bit muted to cater for social distancing measures. Large gatherings are banned to try and stop the spread of the disease. A vaccine has been created but this will take time to give to the entire population. People should not visit their GP but instead wait for their GP to call them to avoid GP waiting rooms and surgeries becoming crowded and increasing the spread of the disease.

UK Becomes First Country To Approve Covid 19 Vaccine
It has been revealed that after long periods of testing to ensure it is safe for use in humans, The Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine has been approved for widespread use in the UK. This will offer up to 95% protection against the disease. British regulator, the MHRA, says the jab is safe to start being used from next week. That means from the week commencing 7th December, people across the UK will be able to be vaccinated and gain protection from a brand new disease that n0 one knows anything about.

This year has been an awful year for the majority of people round the world. Due to the Covid 19 virus, we have all had to live under several restrictions over and over again in order to ensure that we defeat the virus and help life return to normal. We have had to end social contact with our loved ones and ensure that we maintain social distancing when out and about to avoid transferring the virus from person to person. Now there seems to be a glimmer of hope on the horizon with the news that vaccines are being developed which are over 90% successful at preventing people from catching the virus.

The festival is widely associated with Lakshmi, goddess of prosperity, with many other regional traditions connecting the holiday to Sita and Rama, Vishnu, Krishna, Yama, Yami, Durga, Kali, Dhanvantari, or Vishvakarman. Furthermore, it is, in some regions, a celebration of the day Lord Rama returned to his kingdom Ayodhya after defeating the demon-king Ravana.

Liverpool To Offer Covid 19 Mass Testing

Campaign For Free School Meals Gathers Pace
Controversy over the UK government's plans to get rid of free school meals for children of school age has continued to grow with many different local councils and other companies including restaurants and cafes volunteering to step in to ensure that children are kept well fed during the half term break. The campaign was launched by Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford who went through a similar experience when he was younger and had difficulty affording food when at school due to difficult circumstances.
