How to Survive When Society Collapses
Everyone fears a catastrophic event that will lead to the end of society. These events are popular in films and literature, but also have real-world examples. Hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, and wars have all led to a fractured populace. One of the most common fears is an apocalypse brought on by manmade or natural disasters. Society’s structure has weakened because of political divisiveness, social media echo chambers, and the continued failure to find solutions for global problems like climate change and wealth inequality . A perfect storm of events might be enough to cause complete collapse. If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you know something isn’t right with society. Take action now before it’s too late so you can survive when society collapses.

Rental and Subrogation
Let me start of by saying that if you have an auto policy and you depend on your vehicle for daily commute or transporting someone to school or anywhere else, rental coverage is a must unless you have a car you can use while your primary vehicle is down. Secondly, if you have rental coverage on your policy, please make sure the coverage is enough to replace the vehicle you drive during your rental. For example, if you drive a Large SUV like a Yukon EL; please understand that $30/day might not get the job done. See your agent soon!

Auto shop Estimate vs. Insurance company Estimate
I want to stress an important step in the repair process when dealing with insurance companies. Again, the information I am about to provide should not be taken personal advice to aid or provide any solution to your personal claim that you are currently having, had in the past, or will have in the future. It is highly advised that you consult an attorney and/or a Public Adjuster for any details surrounding your personal loss regarding your auto repairs.

Don't be too nice to your employees, it's not worth it for a 7 year old employee to quit.
The staff and the boss should have been in the same boat, the staff's ability to excel, to bring the boss a lot of profits, the boss to earn money, to give the staff reasonable pay, the two relationships are intertwined, rain or shine with the road.
