Five Things Are Sure to Improve All of Your Relationships
If you've never heard of the term love languages, I assure you, it's not pointless or as difficult to understand as one might think (it's what I initially thought, don't worry). In fact, it's rather straightforward; you probably already know what your love language is without being aware, however, developing an understanding of them will definitely create current or future healthy and happy relationships. The term love languages came to popularity after being published in the book The Five Love Languages by Dr. Gary Chapman, in which he discussed how we need to use these love languages to really understand what it is our partners want from us.

My Psychotic Crush
I don't know why but five years ago, I was excited to be a freshman in high school. Maybe it was because I felt like things were starting to move a bit quicker in my life. Overall, I was still in the same building with the same people I dealt with for the past almost decade. Usually every year, we would get more new kids that would join our class. Two of them I became good friends with and I still am to this day. But this story isn't about them. It's about my psychotic crush named M. M was always nice to me and my friends it seemed. We had similar interests in terms of singing; we both participated in our school's choir which I had done since the sixth grade. For the first two years of high school, I participated in the drama club, which she also did.

Trusting Gravity
The Enigma That Is Gravity In case you are personally unaware of the scientific realities of gravity, though there are many theories as to why gravity exists, a complete scientific understanding of gravity has never been achieved. We only accept gravity because of repeated observational verification; i.e. it works! Through observation and experience, we know that it works, but the true origins of the underlying forces behind gravity still elude us. However, our degree of understanding is enough to know, for example, the correct distance to station an orbiting satellite from the Earth in a position that is balanced according to its mass and the gravity of the Earth. Yet answers to the questions as to WHY gravity exists and WHAT gravity IS still elude our complete understanding.

Connected Hearts
The pain doesn't stop the heart from loving. Everyone in life has faced hurt from the ones they love at one point in life. There are just some people who—no matter what you have been through with them—you still can't stop loving them. You think about them all the time even when you are not with each other. When you see them, your heart just skips a beat.

Fleet & Skeet
The first girl I ever loved was what you would call a "fleet & skeet." "Fleet & skeet" definition: The term one uses to describe a lesbian who is older and gets younger lesbians to fall in love with them, only to leave soon after (see: cunt). See, I've told this story many times, but never have I told the whole story before. One person does know the second half of the story, (my fifth therapist), but I have yet to let her know the full truth. September 16, 2016. I was 11, to turn 12 in February. 7th grade. Warm, the sun wrapped around you as if it were your earth made blanket, slowly leaving a mark of bright red cherry plum shriveled up skin on your shoulders and cheeks. Mama let me walk down to the skate park with my bestest friends, together forever no matter what. We counted our crunched up $1 bills and coins from our pretty in pink coin purses.
