Bullying Society
It seems that bullying has become normal. If you think it's something that only happens in schools — think again. I don't believe kids just become bullies for no reason — it's something they pick up from their environment, namely from adults. Children are just more vulnerable to the effects of it — hence we notice it more. But look around in the so-called "grown up world". The Media is constantly bullying celebrities, because well — scandals sell better. Advertising is bullying consumers by telling them what they should look like, smell like, think like. You don't have a six pack? You're fat. You don't wear designer clothes? Your style sucks. You don't fuck a lot of girls? You're a loser. The message is loud and clear — you are not good enough as you are, not until you spend some money on our products and become desirable to all.

How Cancer Changed My Life
Cancer. It's a big ugly word that we hear more and more often as time progresses. We hear cancer and think of chemo and radiation, losing hair and nausea. We think about the effect of cancer on the person fighting it, forgetting about how it affects those that surround that person. When I was 31, my mom was diagnosed with esophageal/stomach cancer. Thankfully, they caught it early and she never had to go through chemo or radiation. Still, her having cancer completely changed my life. Not necessarily negatively, just changed.

Essential Oils Are Fantastic!
Hi there. Today I wanted to share with you the success that I have personally had using essential oils. But first some of you may ask what is an essential oil? Basically in a nutshell they are the aromatic compounds that for an example make a rose smell like a rose. They truly are great for enhancing one's health. When I first started looking into essential oils I was dealing with a pretty tough bout of depression. My husband is bipolar so he was constantly swinging between manic and depressant. He was being treated and nothing was working. Then in August of 2016 I started using essential oils. I was still pretty new at this but I started studying what would benefit us and how. Fast forward to November when I met the family that would sign me on with doTerra. She is a holistic doctor and she has a beautiful family.

Healthy Living vs Dieting
Everyone gets to the point where they know they need to make a change. For me, I know that I need to be healthy. I need to know that one day I will wake up and be better. Of course, it doesn't happen overnight. You can't just decide cold turkey that you are going to give up on food completely. But it takes time. And lots of planning. And even more water. Water. Water. WATER.
