How to 'Cheat' on Your Non-Cheat Days
Hello, my little lovelies! So I know there are days when we're supposed to be healthy, but we just can't help those cravings that we get for delicious, unhealthy foods that we are supposed to avoid. I have found some ways to go around that still satisfy the craving but won't completely derail you so bad that you want to give up.

How to Shake an Addiction
I had all three addictions. Coffee was a gradual event to quit while alcohol required a therapist I saw at the time. Sugar is the last one; I have quit this only recently. I mean quit anything with sugar, such as Chewy Chocolate Granola Bars. All I have are mini semisweet chocolate chips. I’m trying to get to perfect diabetes here, and sugar is not going to help. You see I’m a brittle diabetic. This means my blood sugars can rise and fall in unpredictable ways. As a talented schizophrenic, coffee would make me manic, which means my abilities would go out of control. In 2009, I was still a caffeine addict.

WTF Do We Eat!?
The list of athletes signed to the Vegan-Plant-Based, Team VPB, is soon going to reach it's capacity. I will be the brave soul abandoning ship to allow the next to be enlisted. Right now I have to focus on the battle ahead for my next drafting; I am training for Team Carnivore.

Why You Should Eliminate "Cheat Day" from Your Vocabulary
Most all of us have had some type of insecurity about our bodies at one point in our life. We might have even tried a new crazed diet to slim down a bit or even tried skipping meals to fit into a certain outfit or look good in a certain photo. Eventually these fad diets we try out end abruptly after our cravings and hunger take over and inevitably end in a cheat day. Not all of us go through this but more often than not I see close ones feeling guilt because they cheated on some new diet.

How to Increase Productivity and Lose Weight
Eating several meals a day is not good for us. For the majority of human history, humans would not eat until they had gathered, hunted, of farmed food to nourish themselves. Therefore, fasting is a natural human state. In today’s world, we have access to food all the time, and we learn that breakfast is the “most important meal of the day.” This is the entire reason breakfast food exists. Also, if you think about it, most breakfasts foods like pancakes, sugary cereal, or bacon are not that healthy for you.

Carb Nite Solution—Scam or Legit?
Low carb diets are everywhere! From Atkins to Keto, it seems like the low carb fad is taking over. After my first, I had tried a great many diets. I couldn't get under 200 lbs no matter how hard I tried, no matter what diet I attempted or how much I worked out. Of course, then I got pregnant with our second and all diet and exercise went out the window. After having my son, I attempted breastfeeding which was not in the cards for me, but without the post complications I had with my first and a blissfully easy labor, I was rearing to go. I tried to get back to the 21 Day Fix containers, not that they worked to begin with, and religiously was plugging food into my fitness pal and figuring out my macros. It was then that I stumbled across Carb Nite Solution.
