Does a Healthy Body Lead to a Healthy Mind?
What Is A Clouded Brain And What Causes It In today's society people have so much going on in life outside of work, and at work. The things that they have going on can be stressful, and this stress can be positive or negative. There are things that people can do to clear their mind and remove the stress. No one is above getting a cluttered or stressed mind where you just can't seem to focus on anything. This unclear mind is not usually caused by one thing, but it is caused by a mixture of things. The normal factors that contribute to an unclear mind are overworking oneself, lack of sleep, and a poor diet. Individuals will have to correct these issues as soon as possible, so the brain clutter won't have a negative impact on their lives, especially as a parent and professional.

The Benefits of Incorporating a Healthy Lifestyle
"The mind and body are not separate. What affects one affects the other"—Anonymous I came across these lines while scrolling through my social media posts and I couldn't agree more. In order to achieve our long-term body goals, we have to understand that change does not occur in one night. We will have to adopt a healthy lifestyle if we want our fitness to last long. While some of us join a gym or go for any other physical activity easily, others find it hard to adopt a certain fitness regimen in their daily lives. Worse yet, there are those who pay the membership fees but are unwilling or unmotivated to go to the gym. Lastly, there are those who find it hard to make healthier choices and go for fad diets and end up ruining their appetite. If that is your case too, then fret no more. The main aim of writing this article is to reach out and connect with people who love fitness and are health conscious but need motivation, support and guidance to follow through their lifestyle changes. Being a fitness instructor myself and someone who lost 40 kg weight over the course of time whilst battling my health issues and incorporating a healthy lifestyle, I know exactly what the challenges are and how to overcome bumps in the road to achieve fitness goals.

When Anger Rules Your Day!
Anger! It is such a difficult feeling to deal with. And right now, I am dealing with a great amount of anger. At my age in life, I began to understand some things that I either laughed about or taken very lightly. One of them is this feeling of anger. It is a very powerful emotion that has gotten me in trouble in the past. As I grew older, I found that I am also having great difficulty in keeping it in check. There have been times that I have gotten so angry that I have literally punched holes in walls, threw objects across a room and even taken myself to an isolated place just to scream at the top of my lungs. Dr. Bruce Banner has nothing on me.

What the Holidays Taught Me About Life Structure
We all can't anticipate for our vacations or retirement. I'm sure all of us are hard workers and push ourselves every day. That's why we look forward to days of rest and relaxation. Don't get me wrong, I love vacations and relaxing like the next person. It's just that my thought process was a little different this time around.
