Digitsole Insoles Completely Improved My Workout. Here's How...
If there's one thing I can never pass for, it's a professional athlete. In high school, I was the kid picked last. As a young adult, I was the person who would go to dodgeball meetups only to get smacked in the face with balls on a repeated basis.

How the Healbe GoBe 2 Wearable Is Redefining Dieting

Get On-the-Go Pain Relief with Quell Wearable Tech
Humanity has never had a period of time where people lived as long as they do now. We are no longer being mauled by wolves, dying of tuberculosis, or pulling an Oregon Trail and dying via dysentery. This is a wonderful thing.

Meet LARQ: The World's First Purifying, Self-Cleaning Water Bottle
If drinking water bottles was a day job, I'd surely be retired with a full pension by now. I seriously drink like a fish, although, I'm not quite sure how much water fish actually drink, if any at all. You get my point though.

Reasons Ergomotion Adjustable Beds Allow for a Healthier, More Restful Sleep
I never thought about seriously purchasing an adjustable bed like the Ergomotion until pretty recently. When I was a kid, I would visit my grandmother's apartment with my family and I was always intrigued by her bed. There were two reasons for this—one, her cats always hid beneath it, and I was obsessed with befriending these furry creatures. Two, my grandmother was always trying out different types of beds. First, she had a waterbed, which I was always darkly tempted to jump on just to test it out and see if it'd pop. (Great kid, right?)

I Tried the Yaasa ONE Sleep System and It Improved My Overall Health. Here's How...
A wise man once said that you should always spend a little extra on anything that goes underneath you—tires, shoes, and, of course, the mattresses you lie on every night when you sleep. He was right, and it was only recently that I noticed how right he was.

I Tried the Illumy Smart Sleep Mask for a Month. Here's What Happened...
It was 3 AM, yet again, on a Wednesday night/Thursday morning. I was sitting in bed, with my eyes pointed up towards the ceiling, my partner right beside me snoring away. It was yet another night where I just couldn't seem to sleep for more than four hours.
