Change Your Circumstances by Changing Your Thoughts
We live in a vibrational universe. Everything on our planet and in our universe gives off a vibrational energy. The old saying "water seeks its own level," is not just a cliché. It is a very accurate statement because everything on this planet seeks out matches to its own vibration.

In Time
The years will pass you by and you’ll be left with memories of yourself trying to please others but never pleasing yourself, you will be left with the memories of a life that you spent trying to be like them when you could’ve just been you. And that’s what you will end up regretting most: losing yourself. You won’t even realize it at first, you’ll feel normal and accept the fact that life has passed you by and you haven’t lived, you haven’t found yourself or you chose to destroy who you were before they told you who they think you should be, and it will hurt, in time it will start burning your chest, and your body will ache, and your eyes will feel dry because you will be letting out all the tears you’ve been holding in all these years and yes — it will be too late.

The Questions This Former Exercise Addict Asks Herself For a Healthy Relationship With the Gym
As someone with a history of anorexia and exercise addiction, I know how difficult it can be to start working out again without worrying about it becoming disordered. Even 5 years into my recovery and 4 years of living without any eating disorder symptoms, there are still times when I feel disordered thoughts worming their way into my relationship with exercise. This can happen very gradually and without me noticing, so it's important to catch it as soon as possible.

Purpose Driven
I QUIT! That's it. I cannot do it anymore. I'm sick and tied of being sick and tired. I'm sure if it isn't one of those particular phrases, there are others that fall in the same family that are thought or vocalized every day, heck, every hour, by someone.

Feeling Paralysed With Worry
Do you ever find yourself, perhaps with a cup of tea or coffee in hand some time early in the morning, just sitting there staring out into space? Outwardly you may appear relaxed and serene but on the inside you are dealing with a whirlwind of endless to-dos, whens and hows. Then, when you finally come to yourself you realise that you're already running late and could have done two of the tasks that were on your mind in the time you've wasted thinking about it; you're already failing.

Quietly Screaming Help
It is never easy to admit when you need help but admittance is the first step to find people to help you with whatever the problem is; it is as simple as a passing look in someone's direction or just coming out and saying there’s a problem you need help with. It won’t make you less of a person to open up about what is bothering you; the strongest thing a person can do is admit they are weak in some areas, you admitting this can cause others to open up and admit it too. There are so many places you can go for help that it makes no sense for anyone to feel like they are alone and have no one they can talk to about any and everything. I can attest to feeling I have no one to talk to about certain things, and most of the time I try to fix what ever it is that I know needs fixing on my own, no matter how big it gets or how out of control it gets. We all have things that we need to get some help for and we all have things that no matter what goes on we will try to keep to ourselves.

Caring for Your Skin Type
I have personally struggled with my skin and taking care of it properly. I had oily skin, blotchy red patches, and uneven skin tone. Finding out the right thing to do for your skin is difficult. Especially when there are so many products that do different things.

The Importance of Self
There is nothing more important than ones self; it is something that is constant need of love, care, and attention; and something that most people tend to neglect at times because they don’t understand how important it really is. We get so busy with life that we forget that our body, mind, and soul are in constant need of upkeep and attention, because if we forget about our own needs, we stop existing. Life is very important but if we forget that we need take care of ourselves, then nothing really matters because we won’t have a life in the coming future. The importance one's self carries is greater than anything in the world that could be going on; its like the saying goes, you can’t love others until you learn to love yourself, this is true.

The Impact of Thoughts
Thoughts have a huge impact on the way we see the world and the way we interact with the people around us; we create feelings and emotions from the things that we remember from our distant and immediate past. I can attest to power of thoughts because I’ve seen the good and the bad that it can cause; like superstition it can only take effect if you give it permission to take effect. There have been so many times that I have let my thoughts get the best of me and ruin something that I was working to fix, not only about myself but about the environment around me. Thoughts have a psychological effect on you that can manifest itself into something physical if you are not careful, this is as little as a head ache or as big as thinking you have a disease that you clearly don’t have. I know so many people who let their thought make them feel a certain way and act a certain way; this causes them to treat the people around them poorly.
