Red carpets are for statements. It is a time for people, especially celebrities, to make bold fashion statements or just keep it casual. Sometimes without deliberately trying to make a statement, some celebrities do while other times trying to make a statement can come back to bite some celebrities as their fashion choices could sometimes go too far or not far enough.

Most Expensive Diamonds Around the World in 2020
There are not a lot of people in the world that don’t like diamonds. But hardly anyone exists who doesn’t recognize their worth. Diamonds have an extraordinary history associated with them. But more than that, a lot of people’s desires and dreams are associated with diamonds as well. It takes a lot for a diamond to form under the surface of the Earth. The process is very long and requires a certain amount of pressure for carbon to form diamonds. They are one of the most precious materials on the planet and their worth can be in millions of dollars. It takes a special team of geographers and gemologists to search for diamonds. They are then classified into different types based on their rarity and purity.

Times Up on Toxic Fashion Masculinity
With the rise of feminism, it seems no surprise that the fashion industry has played a significant part in the social commentary and representation of both femininity and masculinity. Whilst gender-bending A-listers like Timothée Chalamet, Billy Porter, Lu Han and Harry Styles are stepping out in fearless fashion choices, the continuation of the traditional ‘suit and tie’ look seems to be turning into a redundant form of dress in 2020.

7 Most Stylish Nollywood Actresses Over 50 (Photos).
These women prove that age is nothing but a number. If there's one thing Nigeria isn't lacking, it's women in entertainment. In fact, they love to see the comment count going up, they love to see their names featured on the blogs. I mean, that's what the outfit is made for. It's made for conversation.

Most Memorable Looks of the Decade
Intro Lady Gaga- The Meat Dress Ah the infamous Meat Dress. The meat dress was tied at the time to her protest against the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy and was a statement against the governmental restrictions placed on the rights of gay soldiers. 'If we don't stand up for what we believe in, if we don't fight for our rights, pretty soon we're going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones.'

Best Looks from the Teen Choice Awards
The Teen Choice Awards premiered last week on August 11, and since I didn't know I didn't watch or vote, but I sure did look at the red carpet. Since the award show took place on the beach the style of the show wasn't your typical red carpet style and the celebrities instead looked pretty casual. This year I didn't expect there to be so many faces and big celebrities at the award show, but it seems like the award show is being taken more seriously than prior shows. These are my best looks from the red carpet, and they are in no particular order.
