Why Ditching Your Old Spring Mattress is the Best Choice for Your Body. Top Story - February 2020. Created with: Lull.
Our bodies deserve to be treated with respect. As a yoga and dance teacher, I see the importance of taking care of our bodies every day. Whether it’s low impact, high impact, dance cardio, boxing, yoga, goat yoga, rock climbing, goat rock climbing (just kidding, I’m sure the line has been drawn at goat rock climbing, but you get the gist), there’s a movement class for every body. So, why is it so hard for us to take care of our bodies when it matters most? We spend ⅓ of our lives sleeping, so let’s take a minute and really think about our sleep quality and how seriously we’re taking it.

Whole30 is a game changer
Thinking of starting a diet? I highly recommend doing a round of whole30. I’m 22 years old and I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’ve tried countless diets and fasting methods and nothing seemed to work. I did weight watchers for a while but I didn’t want to spend any more money on a diet. NTM: The Scariest Lung Disease That You Have Never Heard Of
NTM (nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease) is still considered rare, but cases are growing 8 percent each year. In 2018, it is estimated that 75,000–105,000 patients were diagnosed with NTM lung disease in the U.S. Since awareness of NTM lung disease is limited and the symptoms of NTM lung disease, like chronic coughing, feeling tired often and shortness of breath, are similar to other lung conditions, many people who have it may not even know it for months or sometimes years.
