LIVING DAIRY FREE
A couple of years ago, I realized that I was having a sensitivity to dairy. I had never noticed this sensitivity before. But also, a couple of years ago I had COVID. Is there a correlation between the 2? I have no idea. But this post is not about my having COVID (I do plan to write a post about that though). This post is merely about me becoming dairy free.

I was by no means on a high carb diet, so after getting rid of quite a bit of my food so I could lower my carb intake, I was ready to give it my best shot.

When Food Is Love
Health Consciousness I’ve been looking at my relationship with food in the last month. I am always health conscious when I eat, but I had come to see that my need to be so healthy was actually causing issues in my body. I have now cleared up the dermatitis on my face and scalp through working on my issues around my need to be so healthy. It was very much that I was coming from fear instead of love. Fear of contamination. Very subtle indeed.

I Carn Do It. I Carn Do It. I Carn Do It
I was 22 years old, home after graduating from college. I was sitting my parents' living room watching "Lost." I was far behind the "Lost" train. Everyone I knew had seen it and its popularity was over my head. So, as soon as I had school completed and had some free time. I planned on starting my summer on a 6-season binge watch.
